Free Standard Shipping on Orders R700+

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Deliveries are limited to South African physical addresses only. We do not ship internationally. Deliveries are handled by Fastway Couriers.

For orders over R700, Fox delivers for free. For orders under R700, Fox charges a non-refundable delivery fee of R80.

Please note that orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and 3-6 working days for it to ship*.

Saturday or Sunday delivery may occur but it is not guaranteed. During periods of high order volumes, our delivery times may be extended to 5 to 10 working days.

*Shipping times are estimates. Fox is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather or natural disasters.
