You can update your account password by following the steps below:
1. Go to the account login page
2. Click the "Forgot password" link in the password field.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and submit.
4. Click the "Reset your password" link in the Customer Account Password Reset email.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.

What are the differences between your goggles?
At Fox, we offer three goggle models. The sport-level Main, the race-level Airspace, and the pro-level Vue.
1. Main Goggles provide the best value on the market. A wide viewport, exceptional comfort, and VLS compatibility give you the essentials you need to excel.
2. Airspace Goggles include all Main features plus an outrigger system for improved comfort and fit.

What are the differences between your moto racewear?
At Fox, we offer five distinct motocross gear set styles. Each of these collections delivers a unique benefit to serve a specific riding need.

How do I care for XYZ fabric?
Racewear (Jersey & Pants): Machine wash, cold gentle, do not bleach. Line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean, wash dark colours separately, use a gentle detergent.

Helmet Pads: You will need to put these parts into a washing bag and wash them using the “gentle” or “hand-wash"" setting. A mild detergent is fine to use and an antimicrobial detergent will help to remove the smell. Be sure to wash at a low temperature.

Returns
How do I start a return?
You can return your web order from www.foxracing.co.za for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached and protective inner liners intact. Please return items in a separate shipping box as attaching the return label directly to the original packaging isn't allowed. If the product or its original packaging is damaged, it cannot be returned.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected by Fox’s Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
What is the Fox Racing return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your web order from www.foxracing.co.za for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Orders
When will I get my stuff?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 24 business hours for your order to process and 3-6 working days for it to ship*.
Saturday or Sunday delivery may occur but it is not guaranteed. During periods of high order volumes, our delivery times may be extended to 5 to 10 working days.

How do I check my order status?

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once your returned package is received by our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Yes, changing your order is possible as long as your order has not been packed by our warehouse or fulfilled. If you contact us before the order has been processed, we may be able to change your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel most orders before they enter fulfilment by emailing shop@foxracing.co.za with your order number and cancellation request.
Orders cannot be cancelled after fulfilment.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund following our return policy, then place a new order for the desired item.
How can I write a review on a product?
You will receive an email 21-30 days after your purchase with a chance to review the items you have purchased, and you can also leave a review right on the product page, online.
Do Fox products come with a warranty?
Your Fox product is warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care. Fox does not offer warranties on products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consequential damage.

Does Fox Racing offer Free Shipping?

What are your shipping rates?
We have a standard shipping rate of R80 for orders valued under R700.
Do you ship internationally?
Deliveries are limited to South African physical addresses only. We do not ship internationally. Deliveries are handled by Fastway Couriers.

Do you do back orders?
We don't currently offer backorders. If an item is sold out its unlikely to be restocked.
The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
Our products sell out quickly. To be the first to know about new releases, sign up for our emails. You can subscribe at the bottom of our homepage or during checkout.
Do you have a price matching policy?
We do not offer price matching. Our products should be priced consistently across all authorised retailers.

Once I purchase a gift card from Fox Racing, can I use it right away?
eGift Cards purchased on Foxracing.co.za are active when the eGift Card email is delivered. eGift Cards are valid at Foxracing.co.za only and cannot be used in-store.
How do I use a gift card?
eGift Cards can be applied at checkout on foxracing.co.za during payment step - using eGift Card number.
Note: Only 1 eGift Card can apply per order. eGift Cards are not redeemable at Fox Retail stores.
Can I return my gift card?
eGift Cards are nonrefundable. Once purchased, you may not return or cancel. eGift Card sales are final.
How will I receive my eGift Card?
eGift Cards will be emailed to the recipient at time of purchase.
What if I lose my eGift Card?
eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Fox is not responsible if a eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
